COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Massage therapy can increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
Our top priority is the well-being of our employees, clients, and community.
We have implemented several new procedures/policies to ensure a safe environment.

COVID-19 Vaccinations Notice:
If you have had a COVID-19 vaccination less than 7 days prior to your massage appointment, please call to reschedule.
Massage can move the vaccine out of your body and/or you may experience flu-like symptoms.

Safety

All treatment rooms thoroughly cleaned/disinfected in between each appointment

All employees and clients must follow proper hand washing/sanitizing procedures

Air purifiers in each treatment room

Lobby, front counter, bathrooms, and all high-contact surfaces regularly disinfected

Appointments​​

Due to the high volume of clients, we are currently limiting the amount of appointments each client can schedule at once
-
COVID-19 screening questions will be asked
​
Arrival
-
Please arrive 10 minutes prior
-
Call (360) 537-5914 or (360) 589-7482 when you arrive and wait until your therapist is ready for you

Come alone to your appointment (unless parent/guardian is needed)

New clients please fill out paperwork beforehand, otherwise arrive 15-20 minutes prior for paperwork

Masks
-
Masks are required to be worn by all employees and clients

Please put your mask on before entering the spa

If your forget your mask, you may purchase one for $1.00

A mask must be worn during your massage session when you are facing up
​
Screening Station
-
Your massage therapist will scan your temperature with our no-contact thermometer
-
Please sanitize your hands for at least 20 seconds with hand sanitizer

Please fill out the COVID-19 waiver form in the office

Please note that if your temperature of 100.4 or higher, we cannot see you
​
Cancellations
-
A text is sent 1 week prior to remind you to cancel your appointment if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of your appointment

Then reminder texts are sent 2 days prior to your appointment

If you are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19, you must cancel your appointment as soon as possible
-
Failure to cancel at least 24-hours prior may result in a fee of $40.00
