She specializes in Cranial Sacral techniques to help her clients realign. She has also earned credentials in Deep issue massage, Swedish massage, hot stones, and trigger point therapy. Some training she has includes: Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, Hot Stone/Spa, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and more. Her favorite part about her job is how not one body is the same, so every massage is unique - which also gives her an idea of what other classes she should take. She and her husband have a daughter, just welcomed a son in early October, and also have two fur babies. She loves spending time outdoors and doing Crossfit in her free time.
